1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with TheraPhysic. We are committed to delivering your therapy and pain relief products in a timely and reliable manner. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

- Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be reflected at checkout when applicable.


5. International Shipping

At this time, we ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and can range from 10 to 21 business days.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. TheraPhysic is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@theraphysic.com. We will do our best to correct the issue before the order is shipped.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

TheraPhysic is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building management first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theraphysic.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no charge to you.
